Reach Tower Cranes

Features
Superior workability
• Compact yet providing powerful lifting capacity.
Komatsu reach-tower cranes feature an innovative combination of a 4-stage main boom and a 6-stage horizontal telescopic boom. Their rated total load is 420 kg, at the working radius of 18 m, providing users with a wide working range. In addition, the maximum lift above the ground is 29.6 m, making these machines very effective when used for work in high places. (LT300)
• Powerful lifting capacity.
An innovative combination of a 3-stage main boom and a 4-stage horizontal telescopic has been used. Since the rated total load is 1.6tons at the working radius of 25 m, a working range wider than that of a 50-ton crane is available. The maximum lift above the ground is 47 m, so these machines are very effective and well-suited for work in high places. (LT500)
• Excellent horizontal reach between swing center and load center.
Loads can be carried forward and backward horizontally. An excellent horizontal reach is available thanks to the Komatsu engineered combination of the main boom and horizontal telescopic boom. The horizontal boom is extracted and retracted hydraulically, and can be used to move a load forward and backward horizontally, unlike the common jib. (Other features are same as LW100 and LW250.)
• Komatsu Reach Tower Cranes can be used close to buildings, to can carry materials deep into the site, even if only narrow working spaces are available.
• These machines can work over electric cables, and as a result, safety is assured and working efficiency increased. Also, telephone lines do not need to be moved.
