Features
LW100-1
• Greater working range with compact style
This new generation compact style provides a working range that is higher and has greater reach, resulting in a more capable machine. With maximum lift heights of 26.8 m (87'11") (jib) and 23.0m (75'6") (boom) and work radius of 24.3 m (79'9") (jib) and 20.3 m (66'7") (boom), lifting work can be carried out stable with a highly rigid sixsection boom whose new design minimizes slack.
• New equipment, slides, and three-stage tilt jib
A jib that boasts a length of 3.4 m (11'2") housed in a highly rigid, six-section 21.5 m (70'6") boom that is compact and yet offers outstanding work capabilities, and a sliding system makes deployment and retraction of the jib extremely easy.
• Separate hook function
When the jib is extended 0.7 m (2'4"), the cable of the main hook is prevented from becoming entangled with the cable of the auxiliary hook, which facilitates smoother and safer operation.
• Flat nose gives the feel of a car
This configuration results in a flat nose in which the boom tip does not stick out from the front of the chassis, giving the operator the impression that he is at the wheel of a car during both driving and parking.
• Smallest rear swing radius in its class
The outrigger on the lifting side can be extended greatly to allow for safer and easier operation in tight work places.
Rear swing radius: 1.35 m (4'5")
Front swing radius: 1.43 m (4'8")
• Slim enough to fit into the tightest of spots
The minimum right-angle road width is only 3.38 m (11'1") which is also the narrowest in the class.
• Four-mode steering provides great agility
LW100 is equipped with four different modes of steer: front 2-wheel steering, rear 2-wheel steering, crab steering, and 4-wheel steering. The steering mode can be selected from the cab at the touch of a control, and the crane is also equipped with a reverse steering correction function so that even when backing up, the steering wheel can be turned in the same way as in normal.
• More extension stages for both X-and H-types
Both types can be set extremely finely, with five settings available on the X-type and six on the H-type, which allows even greater stabilization and ease of work at job sites with limited space.
• Independent control allows available space to be utilized
The extension of the outriggers can be controlled independently to the front, rear, left, and right.
• No aspect has been overlooked in our quality design
With the LW100, the driving and crane switches are independent of each other on the left and right, and the gauges are in an easy-to-read layout. Ample space has been provided, including plenty of leg space.
